Hi Everyone. This is our first post as we anticipate our departure tomorrow morning for our Antarctic Cruise. This will also serve as a test for whether or not I have set this up correctly and hopefully will arrive in your email inbox. We will fly from Nashville to Buenos Aires, Argentina and stay for a couple days. On January 3 we take a charter flight to Ushuaia at the southern tip of Argentina to board the Silver Seas Explorer and continue our adventure. We hope to update often and include pictures as we go. Our return date is scheduled for January 24, but after watching the ship stuck in ice that has been on TV recently, we hope we won't be posting for you to watch for us waving to you on the evening news!
